Short Version

Use the service normally, pay invoices on time, keep your account secure, and do not use RefinedHost to harm other people or systems.

  • You are responsible for what runs on your server.
  • Billing, invoices, upgrades, and renewals are handled through your account.
  • We can suspend or terminate services for abuse, fraud, unpaid invoices, chargebacks, or policy violations.
  • Keep your own backups of important worlds and files.

Your Account

Your account is the control point for services, billing, and support history.

  • Use a real email address and keep login details private.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and server panel access.
  • Tell support quickly if you think your account or server was compromised.

Orders and Payments

Plan prices, invoice due dates, renewal status, and payment records are shown in your account.

  • RefinedHost does not collect card details directly on this website.
  • Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension or termination.
  • Chargebacks or disputed payments may restrict the related service while reviewed.

Your Server Content

You control your server files, worlds, plugins, mods, databases, and player data.

  • Only upload content you are allowed to use.
  • Do not host unlawful, infringing, abusive, malicious, or harmful content.
  • You are responsible for the behavior of plugins, mods, server jars, and scripts you install.

Reliability and Backups

We aim for stable hosting, but no hosting service can promise perfect uptime.

  • Maintenance, upstream network issues, attacks, software bugs, hardware failures, or customer configuration can affect service.
  • Included backups depend on plan limits and panel configuration.
  • For important projects, keep your own separate backups outside RefinedHost.

Changes

Plans, prices, features, and policies may change as the service grows.

  • Updated terms apply after they are posted.
  • Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
